An energetic form of movement that combines Gymnastics, Metabolic Conditioning and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for a fierce training experience – don’t stress if you have no gymnastics experience, we cater for all levels and there will always be options for you.

Bring awareness to any physical limitations you may have (strength and mobility) and build strength using traditional gymnastics techniques with safe & effective progressions. Pure-Flow

A stronger and more vital form of movement than Pure Release, PURE FLOW is vinyasa yoga, a flowing practice – be physically challenged, learn to breathe properly and unwind your body and mind. This style is the perfect complement to the intense, demanding training of Pure Athletica. It will return your mobility back to normal whilst also increasing flexibility and still getting a serious workout. For a well-rounded and balanced body and conditioning and stretching experience, be sure to include Pure Flow in your program! These sessions will have you sweating and will positively ignite the re-shaping of your fitness, strength, flexiblility, self-talk and limiting beliefs.

Almost all our Barre classes are the most-loved style, BARRE ATTACK! Barre Attack is a low impact, high intensity workout combining the best of all the things Pilates, short cardio intervals and dance in a ballet-style class. Accessible for everybody and all fitness levels.

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. An essential class for mums!

Pure-Running

Awaken your inner runner with our tailor-made running sessions. Designed to first strengthen your key running muscles and then follow-up with sprint and running drills followed by targeted stretches, our Pure Running sessions will have you running at full capacity and feeling prepared and confident to smash out your next fun run or a half-marathon!

ENERGY & EXERTION – 10/10

 

Pure-Release

Embrace gentle movement, stillness and balance with our slower (but still powerful) Release sessions. Combining yin yoga, meditation and breathing exercises, you will learn how to control your monkey mind and embrace stillness while de-stressing and eliminating anxiety.
